My philosophy as a sport mindset coach is "relaxed mind, remarkable performance." I am truly fascinated by the capacity of the human mind and what athletes can achieve if they know how to properly use their mind. At the same time, when not properly used or trained, your own mind can become your own worst enemy (think negative spirals, negative self-talk, etc.). Helping athletes overcome mental barriers and achieve their potential is deeply satisfying.
Working with athletes and their mindset, is truly rewarding for me as I have the opportunity to make a significant difference in the lives of athletes. By helping them manage anxiety, build confidence, and develop resilience, I can make a significant contribution to their overall well-being and success. |
